Bin man who weighs 113 pounds and 5'2 I am therefore a normal BMI. IM planning to consume the first phase of the Atkins or follow u no more than 20 carbs for 2 weeks. I will also walk 30 minutes a day, go to hate (I heart) with high intensity. So you think ill lose at least 5 pounds, or what? Please really need advice from people in medicine, the Atkins did!
